Who we are

This site, members.coaxisleadership.com, is run by CoAxis Leadership (Dovid Hoffman). This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site, why, and what choices you have. If you have any question, write to dovid@coaxisleadership.com.

What we collect

Only what you give us, and a small amount about how the site is used:

• What you type into our forms: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, the name and city of your organization or mosad, and your answers to our questions (for example, an application or an assessment).
• Your account: if you create one, your email address, password (stored encrypted; we can't see it), profile details, and what you post in member groups.
• Bookings and purchases: when you book a call or buy a program, the details needed to do that. Card details go directly to our payment processor; we never see or store your card number.
• Email activity: whether our emails were delivered, opened or clicked, so we know they are reaching you.
• Basic site activity: a cookie with a random ID that lets us count things like video views and sign-ups. It doesn't identify you by name, and we don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

How we use it

• To run the programs, sessions and calls you sign up for, and to send you what you asked for.
• To reply to you and to prepare for conversations with you.
• To send reminders and occasional emails about our work. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
• To send text messages, only if you have agreed to receive them. Reply STOP at any time.
• To understand which parts of the site are useful and improve them.

We never sell your information, rent it, or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

What you share about your organization

Some of our forms ask about the real pressures in your work and family. We treat those answers as confidential. The only people with access to your information will be CoAxis Team members who are directly involved in our work together. Your answers are used only to understand your situation and help you, and they are never published or shared with any other participant or organization.

Services that help us run the site

We use a few trusted companies to operate the site. Each one only handles what it needs to do its job:

• Vercel: hosts the website.
• Supabase: stores the site's database and accounts.
• Resend: sends our emails.
• Twilio: sends text messages, if you agreed to receive them.
• Stripe: processes payments.
• Calendly: schedules calls you book.
• Zoom: hosts online sessions.

These services are based in the United States, so your information may be stored and processed there. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you are in touch with us or taking part in a program, and for a reasonable time after, so we can keep our records and follow up if you want. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

• show you the information we hold about you,
• correct it,
• delete it,
• stop sending you emails or texts (or use the unsubscribe link or reply STOP).

Write to dovid@coaxisleadership.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, we rely on your consent and on our legitimate interest in running the programs you asked about, and you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

We use encrypted connections and reputable providers, and limit access to your information to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take care to protect what you share.

Children

This site is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. If the change is significant, we will let you know by email.
